Certified & Qualified

We proudly hold the following inspector certifications granted by InterNACHI®, which is renowned as the largest global organization for residential and commercial property inspectors.

Trained & Experienced

Our inspectors hold the esteemed title of Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, having received training from InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org). This organization stands as the world's largest nonprofit body for residential and commercial property inspectors, offering education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® must successfully complete an Inspector Exam, adhere to a comprehensive Standards of Practice, uphold a stringent Code of Ethics, and undertake accredited Continuing Education courses annually to ensure their continued membership in good standing.

To attain their certification, our inspectors underwent rigorous training encompassing the interior and exterior of homes. This training covered common and critical areas of interest for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling systems, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors graduated from the InterNACHI® School, the sole home inspector college globally offering the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Recognizing that purchasing a home is often the most significant investment one makes, a home inspection holds paramount importance. An inspector is equipped to identify and document defects that may elude your notice. These defects can range from straightforward repairs or replacements to more serious damage or concerns related to safety and health. The role of an inspector is pivotal in safeguarding your investment and ensuring your peace of mind.
